From Stephen Hawking’s last theory to a real life Rock Woman this year’s Cambridge Festival was a real blast!

This year there were strong and distinct platforms for the Sciences and the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. And the new Festival included a uniquely Cambridge eclectic mixture of over 350 events and activities: from panel discussions, film premieres, and self-guided walking tours, to ‘try this at home’ activities for the whole family. Topics covered the breadth of Cambridge research and were be presented across the Festival’s four themes: Society, Health, Environment and Discovery!

Cambridge Filmworks partnered with the University of Cambridge for the third year in a row to film and live stream events from the Festival’s eclectic mix of cutting-edge lectures, presentations and panel discussions.
