The Royal Society of Chemistry Horizon Prizes highlight the most exciting, contemporary chemical science at the cutting edge of research and innovation. These prizes are for teams or collaborations who are opening up new directions and possibilities in their field, through ground-breaking scientific developments.

This year’s winning projects spanned the scientific gamut, from the development of Nanobodies in the fight against Covid19 to the invention of unique new forms of creating light.

Cambridge Filmworks have once again partnered with the Royal Society of Chemistry and Sciad Communications to for the second year in a row to create a suite of 12 dynamic new films and animations to celebrate the science and scientists behind each prize winning project.
