Institute of Continuing Education

The Institute of Continuing Education is the part of the University of Cambridge dedicated to providing and promoting world-class continuing education.

Cambridge Filmworks have teamed up with the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) to produce a suite of films showcasing their courses.

The Pre-University Summer Programme provides an opportunity for high school students aged 16–18 to get a taste of future undergraduate study. Whatever your current interests, you can discover new disciplines and topics that will push you outside your comfort zone and challenge your perceptions.

Led by world-class University of Cambridge academics the International Summer Programmes are an opportunity for students of all ages to take a deeper dive into subjects as diverse as Archaeology, Biological Science, Engineering, Philosophy, Medicine and many more.

Madingley Hall is home to the Institute of Continuing Education . It hosts many of ICE’s courses, and is also a conference centre of distinction. Set in eight acres of beautiful gardens and parkland, 16th century Madingley Hall is a wonderful place to study and stay.
