Institute for Manufacturing unravel 3D printing

The Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) is part of the University of Cambridge’s Department of Engineering. Their groundbreaking research helps companies develop life-changing products and services, build better businesses, create meaningful jobs, and improve the environment for the future.

Cambridge Filmworks have produced a suite of new films with IfM exploring 3D printing technologies.

In this first film Dr Tim Minshall, Head of the Centre for Technology Management, explains 3D printing for school children in a lively and engaging mixture of presentation and animation.
