Cambridge Filmworks have worked with the University of Cambridge to produce a series of compelling promotional films for this years Cambridge Science Festival.

With events covering everything from astronomy to zoology, big data to AI the Cambridge Science Festival is one of the most eclectic places in the world to discuss and explore science through talks, hands-on activities, performances, exhibitions, tours and films. This years Festival focuses on how we manage the vast amounts of data we collect and generate to increase understanding of our world.

Our promotional films explore subjects as diverse as artificial intelligence, machine learning and the future of mankind, big data in healthcare and cross interdisciplinary scientific discoveries. Contributors include Astronomer Royal and Emeritus Professor of Cosmology and Astrophysics at the University of Cambridge Professor Martin Rees, University Lecturer in Clinical Informatics Dr Lydia Drumright and Professor Dame Athene Donald, Professor of Experimental Physics at the University of Cambridge.
