Cambridge Filmworks discover their own Jurassic World!

250 million years in the making but the Seaton Jurassic will be well worth the wait!

As the box office movie smash ‘Jurassic World’ continues to top the charts, Cambridge Filmworks have been commissioned to create a series of unique films and instillations for a new visitor centre being created to tell the incredible story of the geology and marine biology of the Jurassic Coast, England’s first Natural World Heritage Site.

The ‘Seaton Jurassic’ based in East Devon will be a highly engaging and interative visitor experience aiming to immerse its audience with its cutting edge interpretation of the areas natural and marine heritage.

Cambridge Filmworks have been commissioned to create a series of unique digital instillations, interpretation films and special effects videos that will include holograms and ‘digital ghosts.’ Our objective is to bring to life the story of this incredible coastline in a way that captures the imagination of its visitors and immerses them in a world that is trully Jurassic! Our films and instillations for the Cutty Sark and Luxor Museum, Egypt have been incredibly successful in transporting visitors back through history and we can’t wait to deliver a similar experience at Seaton.

And please watch the film to see our “digital ghosts” for The National Maritime Museum’s Cutty Sark come to life!
